Guide covers changes affecting brokers ahead of the implementation of the new law.

Aviva has published a guide to the Insurance Act for its broker partners.

The guide, launched at the Biba Conference in Manchester, contains information on what brokers need to be doing ahead of the implementation of the Act on 12 August this year.

It covers the changes which the Act will introduce including fair presentation of risk, remedies, warranties and conditions, fraudulent claims and contracting out.
