Swinton opens first pilot branch in Lancashire

Broker unveils new concept branch in North West England.

Swinton Insurance has opened a "new concept" branch in Lancashire as it seeks to reshape its branch network.

The refurbished Preston branch has opened as part of a pilot scheme by Swinton to allow shoppers to access insurance services in a "more positive and appealing" way, it said.

Swinton highlighted that it was encouraging staff to "offer a more personal, one-to-one service".
