Bluefin vs Mike Bruce and GRP trial to start
Trial to be held at the Royal Court of Justice.
The trial in the ongoing legal dispute between Bluefin Insurance Services and Mike Bruce, Global Risk Partners (GRP) and others will commence tomorrow (28 June).
The court reported that the case will be heard by Mrs Justice May at the Queen's Bench Division at the Royal Court of Justice at 11am.
Bluefin confirmed in February this year that it was taking its former CEO Mike Bruce, his new employer GRP and two other members of Bluefin staff to court.
