SSP suffers new hardware failure overnight
Software house warns data recovery will take some time and services unlikely to be restored today (2 September).
SSP has admitted that the problems caused by a power outage last week are "unlikely to be solved today" (2 September).
In a note to customers obtained by Insurance Age the provider stated: "It is of course very regrettable that we are now unlikely to fulfil our objective of starting to get customers live today (Friday).
"We are of course working hard to sort out the recurrence of this issue, while progressing with those restoration activities that can be undertaken in parallel."
