Brokers exploring avenues for SSP compensation
An SSP spokesperson acknowledges reports of a further outage this morning impacting some customers.
Long suffering brokers are set to seek compensation from SSP for the ongoing saga which started with a power outage last month.
Having received no service for nearly two weeks some are prepared to sue the company.
The software provider has not committed to providing a timeline of when the loss of service will be over.
Brokers have told Insurance Age that they have been informed by SSP that the outage could carry on into its third week, leaving many frustrated and asking for legal advice.
