Further disruption on SSP's Pure platform
The software house acknowledged that a further issue had occurred.
Brokers have raised concerns about a further outage with the SSP Pure platform down for an hour today (19 January) and users complaining of "slow, sluggish performance for over a week".
Notifying users of the disruption, the software house acknowledged that a further disruption had occurred.
It said: "Our managed service team are urgently investigating reports of users being unable to launch the Pure application.
