Another year and another British Insurance Brokers' Association (Biba) Conference is upon us. It may seem strange after working on Insurance Age for three years that this year will be my first attendance at the conference, but it is something that I am looking forward to.
It will also be interesting to see how Eric Galbraith, Biba's new chief executive will handle being on the other side of the fence, as this is also a first for him. There are many in the market that say the conference format has
