The news that nearly half the UK's population would consider making afalse insurance claim has prompted the ABI to reiterate the industry'sdetermination to clamp down on fraudulent claims.
An 'honesty study' found that 47% of those surveyed admitted they wouldconsider defrauding insurers; second in the dishonesty list only to the60% who said they would not hand back money if given too much change in ashop.
Now there may be some concern over levels of numeracy in the UK, but Icannot believe that
