Paul Dyer, one of the founding members of Towergate, told Polly over a pub lunch about his latest acquisition in the offing. Polly was slightly disappointed to hear he was not finally admitting to sister company Folgate's proposed take over of Sterling Hamilton Wright. Apparently, Mr Dyer's pipe dream is to set up an English garden in St Petersburg.

Positive that Russian top dog, Vladimir Putin would approve the idea, it only remains, he said, to lobby the Government for funds. Surely, Polly
