Brokers should know how to deal with workplace bullying or it could lead to huge costs, says Peter Done
We have all been the brunt of someone’s joke, however, ask yourself this, when does a laugh cross the line – when does it become bullying? Office bullying is one of the biggest reasons why employers are taken to tribunal each year. Employers are often faced with claims of bullying in the office either during or after employment. A lot of the time the claims made after employment only surface in a tribunal situation. As a result a tribunal can deem the employer as acting unlawfully.
