Video: What the Papers Say latest edition
Steve Jenkins, director of financial markets at the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), joins Insurance Age editor Emmanuel Kenning for the latest edition of What the Papers Say.
In this month's edition, hosted by Insurance Age reporter Caitlin Morrison, the panel discusses the skills shortage numbers published by the CII in November.
The conversation moves on to deal with Towergate's admission that it misallocated £15m of client money between 2007 and 2011.
And finally, the debate goes back to the CII and its recent announcement that it has launched a consultation into chartered status standards. Jenkins expands on the organisation's reasons for undertaking the project.
