The wholesale broker highlighted that the new product was supported by accredited CPD training for staff.
According to the firm the "rise" of the super-basement has become increasingly high profile with wealthy property buyers in the likes of Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Fulham and Notting Hill digging beneath their homes.
