Ex-LV staffer and former claims management employee face bribery charges in court
IFED confirms it is the first time it has charged suspects under the Bribery Act.
Two people have been charged with bribery offences, following an investigation by the City of London Police's Insurance Fraud Enforcement Department (IFED) into the suspected leak of confidential data by a former employee of LV= to a claims management company.
IFED confirmed that it is the first time its officers have charged suspects with offences under the Bribery Act.

Aisha Elliot, aged 23 from Yeovil was charged with offering a bribe and Stephen Karl Oates, aged 26 of Bournemouth
