Liberty Specialty Markets launches video platform for brokers

Provider says Liberty Virtual Rooms will help it build relationships with brokers and was launched in response to the decline in face-to-face meetings as a result of the pandemic.

Liberty Specialty Markets (LSM), part of Liberty Mutual Insurance Group, has announced two technology developments that it said will enhance the value it adds to brokers. 

The provider has launched Liberty Virtual Rooms, a video communications platform that aims to build broker relationships, and a new website which it stated provides access to critical information quickly and intuitively.

It detailed that Liberty Virtual Rooms is web-based and needs no additional software to be downloaded. 

Only users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
