Covéa boss James Reader exits

He is succeeded by current chief operating officer, Adrian Furness, who has been with the provider since 2008.

Covéa Insurance has named Adrian Furness as its new chief executive officer, taking over from James Reader.

The provider said in a statement that Reader is leaving the business and “has no plans to take on another executive role”.

Covéa chairman Dominique Salvy, said: “While the board of directors and our shareholder regret James’ personal decision to leave, we respect his choice.
