What has been your broking related highlight of 2022?

It’s been great to see so many of our brokers’ partners find their forever homes this year. Market consolidation has meant these businesses have been able to find the homes that suit them for the next period of their cycle, enabling them to grow and support their customers. Howden and Aston Lark, Brown and Brown and GRP, CC Flint, JMG and BJP, Clear and Goldman Sachs are really good examples of this.

What has been the most over-hyped
