Broker Direct makes third acquisition
Broker Direct has completed the acquisition of Bevan Fox Insurance Brokers based in Tamworth. This follows the purchase of Fitzsimmons Insurance Consultants in Stockport and Greenhalgh and Gregson in Bolton.
Broker Direct has recently secured access to substantial funding for further acquisitions and sees itself as providing a service to its brokers who are looking for an exit route but are equally keen to safeguard the future of their business and staff.
