DAS division expands its after-the-event offering

80e, the ATE trading division of DAS, has enhanced its product range with the addition of new Personal and Business Litigation policies.

The new products extend the reach of the current 80e portfolio beyond personal injury, into areas that include tenancy disputes, debt recovery, professional negligence, and contract disputes on goods and services for both personal and business clients.

Phil Bellamy, 80e operations manager said at launch: "The market for ATE insurance is continuing to develop and we have recognised the need to expand into, and service, areas where people are still finding themselves without cover for their legal
