Continuity is the key to success according to Cila president designate Chris Miller. He tells Michelle Worvell how he hopes to continue to lead the organisation in the right direction
Chris Miller, current deputy president of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (Cila) and president designate is due to take office at the end of April from the present incumbent Andy King and he is quick to point out that he will be the oldest Cila president since 1986. This follows a succession of younger incumbents since Bev Fitzgerald was heralded as the associations' youngest president at the age of 41.
