The quality of service received from insurers is an old issue but just as relevant today as it ever was. It is a problem that never seems to get resolved and probably never will. However, it was still interesting to read the comments of the brokers in the Insurance Age survey (see page 35) and see the same themes - and some new ones - appearing again and again.
Relationships - or lack of them - was top of the agenda with many brokers commenting that the constant changing of staff and offices made
