- Marsh has strengthened its private clients sales team with the appointment of David Blakemore as business development director for Private Client Services (PCS). David will be based in the company's Hitchin office, which is the main UK centre for Marsh's PCS business. David will manage the PCS sales team and will be responsible for the growth of Marsh's PCS business around the UK. His main focus for 2004 will be on developing Marsh's tailored risk management solutions for high net worth
