Eric Galbraith, former managing director of Hill House Hammond, talks to Michelle Worvell about why he feels the broking sector has the tools it needs to stay one step ahead of the competition

Eric Galbraith, the Scot who until last month was managing director of one of the UK's largest regional brokers, Hill House Hammond - which is in turn owned by Norwich Union - believes the future for brokers is bright, despite the shadow cast by regulation, and that good advice and service will always be in demand.
