Equity Insurance Group has acquired Devon broker Holsworthy Insurance Services for an undisclosed figure. Established in the late 1980s, the company was owned and managed by Ian Parker. All existing employees - including Mr Parker - will remain with the business, developing its accounts with mostly local farming clients.
