Following the acquisition of RAC, Norwich Union (NU) has announced a number of changes to its board structure. The RAC will be headed up by Simon Machell, while NU General insurance will be run by Mark Hodges as managing director. The common functions of the two business divisions under the banner of NUI will be run by Philip Easter as finance director; David Hope as HR director and Alex Robinson as IT director.
