Agency Underwriting Ltd (AUL) and sister company Call Assist almosthad to call off the recent official opening of their new premises when arunaway passenger coach crashed through a wall just a week after theymoved into their new building. Substantial damage was caused by thecollision, but after a major clean-up operation the opening went ahead asplanned.
