I read with interest the recent number of articles apparently denouncing the value of networks as a distribution channel with many insurers reportedly pulling deals from this avenue.
It is certainly not a distant memory when insurers couldn't get enough of networks and saw this as a means of reducing cost by marketing products through a single source, rather than having a raft of account managers travelling all over the country.
I can't help but think insurers are in danger of tarring all networks
