The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) intends to mount a concertedcampaign to educate the nation's schoolchildren about insurance in 2004 -but will be asking the industry to meet the cost.

CII director-general Dr Sandy Scott said that the institute was keen toexamine the issue of public education, with a wholesale programme aimed atpupils of all ages.
