The Chartered Insurance Institute and the British Insurance Brokers' Association have joined forces to provide a regional training programme for members. The training aims to offer a series of 13 courses to enable brokers to meet the Financial Services Authority's requirements on training and competence.
The courses cover all levels of experience, from introductory and intermediate to advanced, and range from appraisal interviewing to business interruption.
