Lloyd's syndicate Ibex Motor Policies, the personal lines and fleet division of Chaucer, has changed its name to Chaucer Insurance and has moved its 220 staff to purpose-built offices in Whitstable.Chaucer Insurance now has the opportunity to integrate its claims, underwriting and broker support teams.
