Highway is targeting people with convictions with the launch of its Fairplay Home Insurance policy. The contract is being launched in conjunction with intermediary Fairplay Insurance Services and is the first of a range which will include motor insurance and other financial services products.The policy offers standard building and contents insurance and a range of additional covers such as legal expense and property assured protection. Third party brokers will be able to earn 15% commission
