Employees in the insurance and finance industries want more trainingand recognition in the handling of customer complaints, a survey carried
out by training consultants TMI and the government has found. 38% of
respondents in these sectors said they were unsatisfied by the level of
training given in customer complaints handling, and 30% were unhappy with
the recognition they receive.
