Over four in five employers are doing nothing to stem the risk of asbestos in the workplace, according to research. Despite the Control of Asbestos at Work Act (2002), commercial broker UK & Ireland Insurance Services has found that 83% of 500 companies surveyed had no plans in place to deal with the risks associated with asbestos in the workplace.
