During recent years, there has been huge growth in the number ofcompanies offering brokers claims outsourcing services. Though outsourcing
is still relatively new, it is becoming increasingly useful for
low-value/high-volume personal insurance and major loss commercial
claims.
As loss adjusters and loss assessors take a growing slice of the claims
management pie, however, brokers are starting to wonder if they really
need to get involved.
