The Financial Services Authority has aired further concern about the way brokers disclose commission to clients. In a letter to chief executives, the FSA cited profit share arrangements, payment to appointed representatives and to premium finance companies as potential failures. The FSA wants boards to establish and maintain the criteria, and ensure proper records are maintained.
