A: Assuming both systems are working adequately, then there is no
short-cut to doing a proper evaluation. This entails determining the
current and future needs of the new company with regards to functionality,
lines of business, channels, scalability and interfaces (to third party
software, to Microsoft Word, to image, to EDI). The
