Deciding 30 years ago to leave a safe job with an insurance company and
start my own brokerage.


Q: What was your worst mistake?


Trusting an employee in the early years who ran away with slightly more
than the petty cash.


Q: What single event has most affected your career/ business?


Opening a second office after my elder son joined the business.


Q: Who has had the most influence on your career and why?


My father. He always impressed upon me not to borrow money
