The Chartered Insurance Institute is setting up an internationally
recognised insurance qualification, according to CII director Keith
Trower.


Mr Trower said the CII is meeting with educational bodies around the world
to establish international standards, as well as making its own training
more accessible to professionals outside the UK.


He explained: "We are looking at what is best practice across the world.
We want to take our international audience into account."


Mr Trower said qualifications
