Royal & SunAlliance has announced the appointments of Patrick Brice as broker manager and Steve Foreman as underwriting and development manager for its UK marine division. Based in London, Brice will manage the division's strategic and operational broker relationships. While Foreman will be based in Birming-ham, responsible for cargo and freight liability business in the South.
