The Broker Network intends to acquire 100 brokers in the next five years, following plans to float on the Alternative Investment Market.
The floatation is expected to raise £4m - yielding a market capitalisation of £16m. The move will help BNL step up its acquisition programme, having acquired four businesses last year with a further eight currently in the pipeline.
