The article - Building In Progress - by Peter Sharp, director of Aon Professional Risks, which appeared in the March edition of PB, contained an error requiring clarification. In the second paragraph, Sharp refers to the CDM, which was interpreted as the regulations set out by global construction and engineering consultancy CDM. However, this actually refers to the Construction Design & Management Regulations - a very important piece of legislation for the building industry.
