Royal & SunAlliance has signed up for seven more years on CSC'spersonal injury system, Colossus. The company started using the system in
1999. John Thompson, RSA claims operations manager in Halifax, said:
"Colossus has delivered up to our expectations. Over 800 claims handlers
are now able to make fairer and more consistent assessments of personal
injury claims and this has brought about considerable cost savings."
