Dallas Kirkland (Professions) has appointed Tony Robinson as a senior underwriting consultant.Robinson spent 21 years at ITT London and Edinburgh and 9 years at Ace European Group, and is a specialist in primary liability. He was vice-chairman of the London Liability Group from 1992 to 1996 becoming chairman in 1997 until 2000.
