London-based insurance head-hunters Mansion House is hand-picking 30 youngsters to benefit from a training program that includes support and guidance from industry veterans. The idea behind the initiative talenthouse, according to Mansion House managing director Marcella Cronin, is to bring entrepreneurial insurance employees to mix with the wider market and examine the best roles for them going forward. Categories include insurance, underwriting, broking, claims and actuarial.
