Towergate Underwriting Group has announced the acquisition of military insurance specialist Forces Direct, which has a gross written premium of £3m. It has also acquired leisure insurance specialist Innpak, which provides cover to pubs, restaurants, wine bars, off-licences and guest houses and has built a book of £3m GWP.
