One in two brokers has done nothing to prepare for the introduction of the Equal Pay Questionnaire, according to research by employment law consultancy Peninsula.
Peninsula's research suggested that 58% of brokers have done nothing to prepare, with 11% of companies surveyed stating they were not even aware the questionnaire is being introduced.
