UK insurers and property owners face insolvency if they fail to find a solution for the growing number of asbestos-related disease claims, warned Peter Taylor, partner at Lovells solicitors.
Speaking at the Arc Congress 2004, he told delegates that the demographics of asbestos use in the UK bring disturbing conclusions.
