Market analysts are watching the rumoured take over of Heath Lambert by Jardine Lloyd Thompson with scepticism, as some believe such deals fail to provide the value they are designed to deliver.
JLT, according to sources of Professional Broking's sister title Post Magazine, has been carrying out due diligence on Heath Lambert since mid-July.
