Chartside Ventures has acquired Ladies Direct Insurance and Vans Direct Insurance of Harlow, Essex. This follows the purchase of Frames Insurance Services of Broadstairs in Kent, last year.Both companies will continue to trade under the same names in line with Chartside's acquisition policy. Ladies Direct and Vans Direct were established over five years ago and have a premium income of approximately £1m. They operate mainly in the South East on a telesales basis.
