Zurich Financial Services is having a shake up, restructuring its UK general insurance arm and adding products to its online facility.Andy Harvey, former managing director of Zurich Personal Insurances, is taking the new role of managing director of operations across the whole of UK general business. Lin Wood will become managing director of Eagle Star, responsible for its day-to-day running. This will allow Ian Owen to head up Zurich's new Innovation Lab, an ideas centre for the company
