In a radical change to the way it derives revenue, Policy Master has
ceased levying transaction charges with CGU Insurance, Norwich Union,
Cornhill and Bishopsgate on all classes of business. The software house
has also dropped transaction charges on all personal lines business on its
new Gemini II system.

It will replace the lost revenue, at least in part, with a one-off
development fee to insurers at the start of new projects and regular
maintenance charges.
